About Dr. Ken
Dr. Ken Smith is a Southern California native, raised in Santa Clarita. He graduated with honors from the California Lutheran University (CLU), where he focused on Biology and genetic research. Dr. Ken Smith received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. He completed Orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University, School of Orthodontics and received his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Orthodontics. After completing his residency, Dr. Smith completed his board certification with the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO).
Dr. Smith is currently the President of the Santa Barbara-Ventura County Dental Society where he advocates for all dental professionals and patients in the community. Dr. Smith also greatly enjoys and sponsors many of the local schools including other non-profits such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
When Dr. Smith is not in the office or at the beach with his family, you can find him advancing his orthodontic education to bring Ventura County the best and latest treatments at an affordable price.
